On behalf of one of our clients, a player in the construction equipment and heavy vehicles sector, GAVE Agency is recruiting a Corporate Lawyer.
Your duties
- Draft, review and monitor commercial, equipment rental and maintenance contracts
- Advise management and teams on day-to-day legal matters
- Carry out legal monitoring and ensure the company's regulatory compliance
- Handle pre-litigation and follow up disputes with external counsel
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/4) in Law, Business Administration or a related field
- At least three (3) years' experience in a similar role
- Rigour, discretion and excellent writing skills
